Types of structures
AVV is a specialized company with vast experience and traditions in steel engineering. We design, produce and erect. We calculate and design with optimum expenditure of steel rational and simplified joints, which facilitates installation. We elaborate technical and final design projects with complete structural documentation, assembly plans and assembly drawings. We always provide axonometric assembly plans and joints to aid the building process. We manufacture and install steel constructions using appropriate mechanization, fix LT load-bearing sheets and sandwich panels, install cladding.
AVV provides complete engineering of reinforced concrete structures, from in-ground pools, trays and concrete houses to multi-storey residential and administrative buildings. We calculate structures subject to horizontal seismic forces using frame or wall systems. We draw formwork plans, calculate the necessary reinforcement, make reinforcement plans and details according to the chosen static scheme, with complete project documentation in the technical design phase. We also perform construction work – formwork, reinforcement and concretе. We produce and erect precast concrete buildings. We execute finishing work.
AVV has a variety of implemented projects, from timber roofs to wooden houses. We are acquainted with typical timber details and specialized steel products for specific wooden joints to accomplish the wooden structure.
AVV calculates various facade systems for suspended facades of aluminium extruded profiles, different for every client. The existence of different proprietary systems compels us to adapt to the specific extruded profiles of our clients. AVV also installs suspended facades.
Quite often in its practice AVV has been faced with composite steel and concrete structures. We calculate the composite section; we install connective devices (dubels) between the concrete and the steel; we accomplish the production and erection of composite elements.
AVV manages structural project designs in retrofitting and reconstruction of buildings, additional floors, seismic-resistance improvements according to contemporary norms. AVV performs construction as well as reconstruction work.
